Financial Policies

We are committed to providing you with the best possible care. In order for us to achieve this goal, we need your assistance and understanding of our financial policy. Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless our staff verifies in advance Insurance eligibility and benefits. We provide simple sliding fee scale for people who qualify for reduced fees, based upon income. We also provide discounts for full cash payment on the day of service.
