Primary Care is sometimes called General Practice or Family Medicine, although the terms are not synonymous.
Examples of diseases we manage in primary care are:

- COPD
- Depression
- Back pain
- Hypertension
- Most digestive problems
We strive to provide patients with access to efficient and effective primary care services of the highest quality.
Our centers include a team of physicians and non-physician health professionals. Our providers are skilled in comprehensive first contact and continuing care for persons with any undiagnosed sign, symptom, or health concern with a multitude of problem origins (biological, behavioral, or social), organ systems, or diagnosis.
Our primary care services include health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. When appropriate, we consult with other health professionals, and utilize consultation or referral.
We provide advocacy in the health care system to accomplish cost-effective care by coordination of your health care services. We encourage our patients as a partners in their health care.
Our primary care practice serves as the patient’s first point of entry into the health care system and as the continuing focal point for all needed health care services. When your personal physician is unavailable, we have established back-up physicians available to serve you.
